I've started with an old GT (or Kustom Kruiser) Deuce that I scored of the bay pretty cheap, its pretty rough and its not had a great life but seeing as I'm chopping it about I didnt want to pay the big bucks for something shiney and new.
First job was to chop the seatpost clamp area on the frame, it stuck up far too much and I wanted to get the seat sitting as close to the top of the frame as I could. I chopped a chunk of leaving enough for still clamping the post properly once I'd elongated the slit down the bck of the seat tube.
Before
After
Well there's heaps more to tell but thats the first installment
